From the moment I stepped into the Madinah Hilton Hotel, I was enveloped in a world of exceptional hospitality. The staff, always wearing welcoming smiles, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The culinary experience was a highlight of my visit. Both breakfast and lunch boasted an excellent array of choices, each dish prepared to perfection, tantalizing my taste buds with every bite. The quality of the food, combined with the elegant dining atmosphere, made each meal a delightful experience. What truly set this hotel apart was its remarkable attention to hygiene. Every corner of the hotel sparkled, creating a sense of pristine comfort and safety. This commitment to cleanliness was especially evident in the housekeeping services. The housekeeping team, with their meticulous attention to detail, ensured my room was not only clean but also a tranquil haven to return to after a day exploring the city.In summary, the Madinah Hilton Hotel stands out for its excellent service, delectable dining options, and impeccable cleanliness. It's a top-notch destination for anyone seeking a luxurious and serene stay in Madinah. I wish I had taken photos of room to post it here on booking.com, it was very clean.

First of all the location is amazing, and the buffet options are superb. The staff are beyond kind and helpful and very very cheerful. Thank you to Mr. Irfan at the breakfast buffet who always made sure we had a great spot facing the Haram while having breakfast and for knowing our orders everyday without us asking. Thank you to Mr. Hakim for the best Turkish coffee, and to Ms. Ameera at reception for providing us with our room before check in time. Thank you to Ms. Raghda at reception too for her very warm good bye and prompt service at check out. There was some man as well who found me on my laptop working after check out and welcomed me to a huge meeting room to work in a quiet place. I didnt get a chance to ask about his name, but I thank you very much, that was an important meeting I was in and I really needed a quiet place, thank you.

The hotel location is excellent, very close to the majsed el nabawy. Premium location. The breakfast buffet was very nice, wide variety and premium quality. The reception stuff were very cooperative and helpful.
